eVisit is not a replacement of traditional medicine; it is an extension of our traditional model of care. The eVisit allows our Doctors or Nurse Practitioners to diagnose and treat patients who are away at college, on vacation, or unable to make it to the office. With the eVisit app and a compatible device, you can have a face-to-face conversation with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner from the convenience of your home, hotel, or where ever you may be traveling.
With the eVisit online and eVisit Telehealth mobile app (compatible with Google Chrome and Firefox browsers) seeing a doctor or nurse practitioner remotely is easy. If you’re a new user, just click on the registration icon above and create your account. Once you have registered your account, you can call our office to schedule an eVisit. Ten minutes before your scheduled appointment starts, click on the icon above to start your eVisit and answer a few questions about your condition.
You will then be connected to a doctor or nurse practitioner via 2-way video from your computer or smartphone. Your doctor will diagnose your condition, answer your questions, and, if needed, send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
*Prescription availability is dependent on MD or NP’s judgment and may be restricted by state regulations.
Remote visits are a good way to get treatment for many minor medical conditions, including: acne, bites/stings, birth control pill consultations, body aches, flu, coughs/congestion/runny nose, diarrhea/nausea/vomiting, fevers, headaches, hives, itchy eyes, pink eye, lice, sinus infections, sexually transmitted infections, skin infections, skin rashes, sore throats, sprains and strains, travel medications, urinary tract iInfections, yeast infections, and much more.
If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately and do not attempt to receive treatment via a remote visit.
